Gizette Knight received her M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University and her B.S. in Human Communication from Arizona State University. Her passion for marginalized communities impelled her to start the Shining Light Foundation, which enabled her to advocate for them on a larger platform. She has over 8 years in community engagement, collaborating with organizations like the Phoenix Suns, WV-NAACP, Urban League, AARP, HRC and more. Gizette also served on the Board for the WV-NAACP.

Ryan Frazier graduated from Baylor University with his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Specialist. His background consists of Public Relations, Marketing, Film, and Digital media.
