The 4th Annual West Valley Juneteenth Celebration is coming back to Avondale.
Black History Month Close Out Event
On Feb 24th at 10:30 AM, the Shining Light Foundation will host their Black History Month Close Out event. There will be speakers, complimentary food, a live band, DJ and 2 mural unveilings. The event will be held at the William H. Patterson Elk Lodge #477, 1007 S 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
Black History Mural Unveiling Atlanta
On Saturday, Feb 3rd, at 10:30 AM, the Shining Light Foundation, in conjunction with Microsoft and the City of East Point, will be celebrating Black History Month and unveiling two Black History Murals. We will have live entertainment, light refreshments and guest speakers. The event will take place at East Point City Hall (Council Chambers), 2757 E Point St, East Point, GA 30344.

On June 17th from 12 PM to 4 PM, we will be celebrating Juneteenth. Come out for the Battle of the Drumlines, Sweet Potato Contest, Live Entertainment, African Stilt Walkers, Kids Zone, and more!
